I was sick, very sick in the mind when I got banned from the game. I think I got banned because I admitted to toxicity.  So bearing that in mind would Jagex allow me to use the music in the game? This isn't about fair use I am not asking wehther or not it falls under fair use, I'm asking if the Jagex staff would be unhappy about me using music from the game if my account is banned. I respect the company so I only will use the music if they're ok with that.

If they're not I would apprecieate recommendations of some freeware music. There is naruto and pokemon music I can think of to use instead, but it's risky since background music doesn't fall under fair use unless I'm mistaken.

If we're talking about YouTube, they can remove the video or remove the music from the video if they detect someone else's copyright being used.

Fair use in entertainment allows limited, unlicensed use of copyrighted material for purposes like commentary, criticism, news reporting, or parody.

I think Jagex would be happy if you used RuneScape content, including music, to make entertainment videos because it just promotes the game.

As for being banned, the RuneScape terms of service say you can make a new account.

A lot of my friends are also making AI music with https://suno.com, but typically you need to pay for the copyright rights to use AI music.

That's all I wanna know, thanks. I won't use their music as background music if they would be angry if a banned player uses their music as background music for their YouTube or [bleep]ute video.

4.1.2.2 play RuneScape, OSRS and Dragonwilds tracks on Twitch or YouTube whilst you stream, or as background in your videos (provided you aren't just playing the music and not doing anything else).
