March 8, 200620 yr It's good, but plain imo 6/10 ... for being plain but good :D 6/10 for adding 2 colors, adding lens flare, and twirl? Well, my opinion is: work on the text, add border, change colors, use another filter... and if you want it just simple... just change it, but if you want something more, just use some brushes! My rate: 3/10

My rate: 3/10 I didn't know how he did it...I always use MS Paint, I don't know how to do it any other way, so, for me, 6/10 is fair...I've honestly never used anything other than MS Paint, so my resources are limited and I judge other people's work based on that.

Oh, so you judge people based on your resources? So If I het you sig and pit an extra color but in PS, my rate would be higher than yours just because I added a color in PS? ~komodo
March 8, 200620 yr My resources are limited...I think it's awesome because of my limited resources. I didn't mean to say that I judge people's work because of my resources, I judged his work based on my experiences in drawing in MS Paint, sorry if there was any confusion, _k0m0d0_.
