make it so the chat has commands eg, /f add " friend " /f msg " messages all friends " /r " quick reply to lst pm recieved" ( yes these are other gaming type commands but they are so useful! )

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

also making chat have 3 levels with talk eg, normal talk, wisper talk and shout talk, so when talking to friends in game, you can stand next to them and use the wisper type option and people within a one square radius can only hear what you say, and shout command to shout at people with a 1min cooldown, and that can be heard in the entire city. and of course the normal talk option.

That'd be too weird and not really necessary. Chat is good as it is =)

nice, but people would just shout the 'kbigfiawrifuagighraiu' at fishing sites. but whisperwould be good,and perhaps a t\ for talking in the trade window

hmm, the chat commands probably wouldn't be a great idea because if you get mixed up, it may be disaterous... but the whishper idea is good, not the shout though, but what if in the trade window was a "semi-private chat" log? So if you only want to talk to the guy you are trading with, you can just talk in the trade window, and no one else can hear you, and that would be the only way you can talk while trading. This would be helpful on World 1 or 2 in

 

 

 

Varrock because then you can "ignore" the crowd when deciding on a price, because in normal chat the small "10k" is quickly lost among the: "Fr33 st00f plx!" and "Sell cannon, cash only!" and such.
