Still...tech speaking...here are some hints:

 

 

 

-stratching the image to give it a siggy look didn't work 2 well...the penguin is 2 fat.

 

 

 

-font is very poor, change it and get rid of that flat 2d look

 

 

 

-the font exceeds the top left border...

4/10 its sucky, lol. The bg is streched wrong. and you have no border. text is ugly. But me guessing you dont make many sigs , so its not bad.

er im not gonna rate...but it looks kidna low quality. Now as in ur skill, i mean the pixel quality

Penguin should be a little skinnier. The font could be bigger. The sig size could be bigger.

plenty said already i give it a 2/10

it looks too squished

 

 

 

it makes the penguin look fat...

5/10 not really to my liking, it looks disproportional and some of the text is fuzzy, otherwise it is not too bad.
