use the pen tool :P not everything has to be so ellipsical O.o

save ur pics as .png better quality

No offense to the artist, but isn't 6.9 a bit generous? I mean, it looks like all he used was the elipse tool...

If you can't afford things like photo shop (Which i have) i suggest getting GIMP its free to download.

yes but the prob with gimp is that its open sorce isnt it? and a trouble to get runnin on a windows based machine.. like you have to download a bunch of other .dll's to get it runnin and so forth..

Actually gimp does have a windows version, but yeah try a program like pixia.

I usually do fine with paint, but for animations or complexities use Graphics Gale for SURE. Free, Great for pixelling and easy to animate.
