So I go to http://www.gmail.com after coming home from class today and it takes me to the login page. I have it set to remember me, but every two weeks I have to log back in, so I figure no biggie. I put my username and password in, click "sign in', and the login page reloads. No error message, nothing. The exact same page, and address. So I try it again. Same thing. I keep trying this over the course of about 2 hours, and the same thing keeps happening. To test it out, I purposely put a fake name and password in, and it appropriately said that my username and password do not match. So I tried it for real again, and once again, I get the login page.

 

 

 

This is getting to be a real bother now as I really need to sign into my account for some important stuff. Does anyone know what's wrong or how to fix it? :(

Are you sure you have the right password and didn't change it last night or recently?

I read the documentation on their website. Try clearing your cache, or try accessing it through https://mail.google.com/ instead.

 

 

 

What browser and OS are you using? Make sure JavaScript is enabled.

even when im remembered i have to re login every two weeks or so, so that is normal.

ok.. my friends have had problems where their computer was infected with spywar or something like it and the gmail page was really a bogus site and when you logged in it would just send the spyware owner the password and just go back to the main page...
