Narakia_1
im gonna start making steel arrows so basically i want good places to mine coal and iron, the mining lvl is in my sig ---Mining guild for coal, south of Fally is fast for iron and also how much do steel arrows sell for ---Likely not much, but you could probably find a price here how much does coal and iron cost, how much do steel bars cost ---I don't know off hand, you can probably find a price here where can i buy feathers that is a good spot, is there anyway to buy logs, where? ---both prices can be found here ---If you can't find the prices in those forums, try the Price Check sticky
wolfboy
Iron ore 100 each. Coal 150 each. Steel bars 550 each. These are averages. I buy the ore and coal at the listed price and sell the bars at the listed price. (If I have enough. If I'm only selling 200-500 bars, I'll usually sell them at 450 each) Youth ages, immaturity is outgrown; ignorance can be educated and drunkeness sobered, but stupid is forever. timmy_wont_post
"slapped" you? aw, now that's just harsh. Anywho, I was just tryin to point out they aren't as worthless as Nar was suggesting. I don't know about these forums, but I know they sell very well on the official forums. Edit: "smacked". You can sure tell it's my night >_>
donutjunkie
so i can still make a profit if i buy the bars, andi will make an even bigger profit if i buy coal and iron! i finally quit runescape to play world of warcraft. i play on frostmourne, alliancecheck out my threadhttp://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=479665&highlight=
timmy_wont_post
so i can still make a profit if i buy the bars, andi will make an even bigger profit if i buy coal and iron! Assuming that the listed prices are accurate, yes... From your sig, I take it you're p2p? I'd recommend you try the blast furnace when you get to 60 smithing...you use 50% less coal, and you can buy the ores right there from NPCs, and for a fair price to boot. Heck, you can even smith there...assuming you have 60+ smithing. Comes in real handy if you're smithing stackables (arrowheads) or alchables (plates). Just a thought. azntemplar_00
I'm not sure for p2p, but for f2p, I think the best place to mine and bank iron is South-West Varrock mine.
meol
For Coal, either the Coal Trucks or the Mining Guild will work. For iron, there are 2 good spots with 3 rocks next to each other: north of Yanille, and west of Falador (across the agility shortcut). If you want to buy feathers for a low price, buy them in Port Sarim's fishing shop. This signature is intentionally left blank.
Stephen9o3
SE Varrock is decent for mine and bank iron, but I like Yanille best... but then again I'm just a mining & smithing nub :P Combat FTL
