High Scores Question *Read if you've ever been banned plz*
Narakia_1 replied to ScarletEve's topic in General Discussion
Well, the one that lists "Not Ranked" is what you get when you view your own skills, and the message saying they have no skills above 30 is when you view someone elses. So unless one of your characters is banned and you're tricking us, it's just a glitch. -
I don't think numbers at the end of a name is pointless. If you think about how many names there are in the world, chances are someone else has yours ;) I even checked first... and the character "Narakia" has no high scores, so I presume they quit the game very early, so I tacked on a "_1" Allowing people to change their names at will would be annoying because... 1. Friends could change names and you wouldn't be able to reach them 2. Enemies could change names to pester you pointlessly 3. Spies could change names

I honestly don't like PvP, but everyone enjoys something different. What I find odd is that every PKer I've come accross complains they never have money for new food or armor, even ones that are quite successful. If everyone uses shoddy armor and weapons to avoid great loss if they die, then where is the profit?

Asuming you only take a lobster pot and gold with you(39 runs required): approx 2340 Asuming you take a lobster pot, gold, axe and tinder box(42 runs required): 2520
-
Yes, as with all items, you will burn less as your level increases. When you hit cooking 75, you will stop burning lobsters completely :D

baguettes are probably the easiest to distinguish out of the lot. They are long thin bits of bread. :P Yep, and she's visited me 10 times since then offering me the same thing  So at least I won't mess up now. btw, does anyone know if her sandwiches are tradable?
-
I stand corrected (timmy smacked me) Apparently Steel Arrows sell for a steady 40 ea
-
She asked me for a bagette (sp?). I had no clue which one it was, so through a process of elimination (and guessing) I got the right one :P
-
im gonna start making steel arrows so basically i want good places to mine coal and iron, the mining lvl is in my sig ---Mining guild for coal, south of Fally is fast for iron and also how much do steel arrows sell for ---Likely not much, but you could probably find a price here how much does coal and iron cost, how much do steel bars cost ---I don't know off hand, you can probably find a price here where can i buy feathers that is a good spot, is there anyway to buy logs, where? ---both prices can be found here ---If you can't find the prices in those forums, try the Price Check sticky
-
On my alt, I stayed at the chicken farm south of Fally til like level 20 :P Easy exp and good money from the feathers for a newbie
-
Having one stat on highscores won't make all stats show up, however. Only stats in your highscores will show up. I kinda wish I could find a F2P stats only sig so mine doesn't look gimped.

I NEED HELP MAKING MONEY!!! + Log of my D Chain goal
Narakia_1 replied to beniscool218's topic in Help and Advice
There is a sticky to help you: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=71 -
I'm not a member... but if you can't find it in monster look up, you could find the seers dungeon map on the main tip.it guide site and it usually shows what creatures spawn where. That is of course, if seers is a dungeon...as i said, I'm not a member, but it's just a suggestions.

Even if you can make x2 or x3 air runes, you still only get exp PER ess, so you will never gain more exp. Making a tiara will get you some exp and allow you to carry 28 ess though. Good luck to you :)

Hmm.. I don't think so, I play in low detail often and I have very little music unlocked.

Training and Money Making Help and Tips [f2p]
Narakia_1 replied to Crazykid1321's topic in Help and Advice
For mage the lesser demon in mage's tower is best. For combat, I have similar stats and I love training in the ice cave south of port sarim. The pirates and hob goblins won't attack you (or shouldn't) and they don't hit for much, so you shouldn't need much healing. there is an altar near by to recharge your prayer. Also, there are tons of creatures, so you kill them quite fast and move on to the next one. -
At what level do you stop burning Trout and Salmon?
Narakia_1 replied to koddo's topic in Help and Advice
According to the chart in the cooking guide you stop burning swordies at 85, lobbies at 75 and tuna at 65... so I'd asume salmon stop burning at 55 and trout stop at 50 or 45? that seems like the pattern anyway -
I've heard of mage pures who level with curse spells so they don't gain HP, that way you look lower level. I suppose if you kill people fast enough so they can't get near you, then HP wouldn't matter. I've never heard of a mage pure with def, so I'd say that's deffinately out.
-
Well doing airs is the fastest run, even if it's low exp. I've heard of people collecting talismans for more exp, but I'd imagine getting talismans in bulk is difficult and expensive. I'd say buy or mine ess and just do air runs, you can get quite a bit of money that way too. An air run only takes 2 minutes.
-
I think that "chopping" the tree stops because you can't get logs from the ent, but I think you should convert to continue hitting it to take down it's HP instead! :P
-
In this age of gaming, everyone is a noob. Even if you have 99 in every skill and have every bit of info memorized, someone will still call you a noob. I think we should just take the name proudly and then oh no! people will need to think up a new derogatory name (like nub).
-
I think 5 years from now Jagex will take a hint and make them exclusive (non-tradable) to the player ;)
-
Eh, I can get bored, but sometimes I'll continuously do one activity for 1-3 hours straight. I read forums though so I generally don't walk in a straight line :P And I get logged out a lot

Lvl3 mining rune ess alone? That's quite suspicious :/ Ya, I'm suspicious of level 3s in that default outfit, but I honestly don't know how to proove they are bots, so I ignore them (or wait for a random even to kill them). I don't talk much, but I usually wear an odd outfit, like full rune or the frog princess with ammy and tiara, so I deffinately don't look like your traditional bot :P Hopefully no one has reported me :?

The reason I generally get paranoid about talking to rule-breakers first is that occasionally they get smart. They take an unusually long time to answer you, and you lose your 60 second evidence of them breaking the rule.
