Fashion sense in Runescape?

Featured Replies

I have a bit of a pondering here. How absurd do you think it is to spend a few hours tweaking your appearance around?

I mean sure, some just throw that notion to the wind, slap on their armor and go, but how many out there go out and find just the right shade of blue when it comes to gloves to match with a certain set up?

i try to get stuff that matches, but really, there isnt that much to chose from, at least for f2p anyways.

Check out my Pocket Slot idea!

Yes, the amount of fashion obsessed RuneScapians is startling. Someone I know for one (Not going to say who), trying to match the right clothing for the right skill. Kind of sad in a way. It is absolutely absurd spending an hour on your appearance when that hour could have been devoted to the skill rather than the appearance.

I have a few quirks I must confess to. Gardening? Oh yes, green wizard robes are a must. Mining? Oh yes, tattered zombie clothes and lantern, must.

I like to wear expensive items to make people jealous and i usually do get reactions such as "wow you suck you are f2p and have low skill total". Then I remind them how i have a party hat and they can't afford one even though they are members. That makes them waste their time following me and cussing at me which is sad but funny for me to watch. So yes, i recommend equiping expensive things while doing things.

seriously there are plenty of fashion obsessed peeps in runescape.

but it's sad for f2ps  we got really ugly threads

I am one of those people who likes fashion.

For herblore and farming I use/d green gnome robes.

For fishing I use/d blue gnome robes

For prayer I use/d yellow gnome robes

For magic I would wear druids robes.

I've also been changed at the makeover mage four times (twice in rsc, twice in rs2)
