I used the bar with the anvil, and the came up, but there is no cannonball choice on it. Help?

First off you need to have completed the Dwarf Cannon quest. Then, with a cannonball mold in your inventory, use your steel bars with a furnace :)

ya you need to do the quest and have a cannonball mould in your inventory
