erm guys iv just got photoshop 7.0, iv looked around and i dnt know how 2 make my own background, so who ever has photoshop7.0 can u help me plz(i kno its a dumb qeustion)

Go look at some tutorials onto looking howto make abstract art. Then cut a section out and put it in a 300 x 100 sig. http://www.voidix.com is a good website for begginers.

just experiment with the the wide range of effects that PS offers (not trying to sound like a salesman)
