1. whats the best way to get TO there other than walking?

 

2. whats the best way to get OUT of there other than walking?

 

3. for the 100x casts in the arena, must they deal damage or does 'splashing' also count?

1-running i guess.....

No other way to and from the mage arena other than running to the mage bank lever or to the portal if there are PKers there. Either way is dangerous so be careful.

 

 

 

As long as you cast 100 spells you get to charge the staff.

is it worth it to have the god spells, considering that i have a long way to go until desert treasure?

 

 

 

oh, 1 last question, what are the 'side effects' of the different god spells?

1. put EVERYTHING in bank. go to ardougne and use lever.

 

2. when in cave, tele as wildy doesnt affect it in there.

 

3. stick protect from mage on, and just cast spells. a splash,fail or hit all count as cast.

 

also, y use god spell for desert treasure. i used earth blast, water blast and fire blast and it worked well.

also would protect from magic protect me from all forms and all their attacks from kolodion?

The effects of the god spells and kolodion are still unanswered, if anybody knows the answer, could they please tell me?

yer you should use the ardy tele lever, and always use protect from mage, thats what kolodian attacks with. the whole process is easy as. there is a great guide on the main site under minigames, i suggest you read that

1) use the ardgone tele lever and log out if anyone comes, if you want, that is

 

 

 

2) see number 1

 

 

 

3) yes, splashing counts, you just have to cast it 100 times, there IS a safe spot you can cast on the enemies and they cant hit you, and ALWAYS use protect from mage against them, they dont range or melle

 

 

 

side effects (to the best of my knowledge)

 

 

 

zamorak- may reduce opponents magic

 

 

 

sara- may reduce strength

 

 

 

guthix- reduces attack or something, not too sure

 

 

 

the method i used was have a friend go outside with nothing on and have him attack you so nobody else can, this way you cant be jumped, also have him bring runes to do wind strike, because people can use mage against you in the arena
