Do You like your Stealth? (baseball bat:$)

Featured Replies

Mainly directed to people who have the stealth by easton baseball bat. i just bought one off ebay for $230, they retail for $300( -3 that is. ) so i saved a good chunk of cash :).

i was looking at one at our sports shop and i looked by the carbonfiber handle and theres a twisty thing, is it a two piece bat?

I have never actually used it, so I don't have an opinion to offer on that subject or anything, but I just so happened to be reading about the Stealth a few days ago and here is a cheaper one. :P

$214.95 for a -3 2006 Easton Steatlh. $300 retail seems a bit high, although that site does have cheap items (as the name suggests :P).

Not right size lol :P

Im not sure if it is a two piece bat, though I think it is. A teammate of mine has an old one, and its a pretty decent bat. You can feel it bend when you hit the ball (thanks to the carbon fiber), which some people love and others hate.

About a month before my season started, i bought a louisville tpx. It's pretty broke in, but if anyones ever seen gloves that are just like paper because their so broke in, does anyone know how to do that? besides from use which is probally the best way to do it, but that takes years. is there any other methods to break in your glove really good? I'm currently putting a ball in it and folding it over and putting it under my bed lol.

Tr3ntw10: I've merged your two topics together. We don't need two seperate topics to talk about baseball equipment. Please use this thread for any more baseball equipment related questions.

Don't worry, its a sturdy bat, when i say "bends" it is more of how it feels then it actually bending.

I know, was just joking:P but i was in a game and I picked up the opposing teams bat from after an inning and ran it over to them and it was the same stealth i ordered and i just fell in love with it :|

You can buy a glove softener. It's a foam that you put all over your glove, it works pretty good. Make shure your glove is genuine leather or it will not be as effective.

I found this for my glove at D*cks Sporting Goods but I'm shure you can find it other places.

i have "gloveolium" by rawlings, it's a liquid that you rub in.

A teamate of mine had one last season, I was just starting my Senior League career and still used my -8.5 Omaha so I never tried it. I didn't really care much for the whole bendy thing though :P

2 peice bats are like 10000x better, you get more flex which makes the ball go farther. I use a Demarini Voodoo, I can't use it now cause I'm injured :( but I really noticed a diffrence from my old bat. It's actualy pretty easy to hit the ball out with my new bat. It was expensive but definatly worth it. Stealth bats are good, I like them. I like most Easton bats, they last a while and hit well. I just liked the Demarini better.
