April 30, 200620 yr you only need to have done preist in peril to get there, although doing ghosts ahoy is the way to go, it is easy and you recieve an ectophial on completion of the quest, a one-click teleport that takes you straight to the ectofunctus, plus you don't need to pay to enter the town after either. goodluck with your ectoing "A disbelief in magic can force some poor souls into believing in authority and business"
