Nope, just MSpaint I beleive, and maybe some other thing if u want animations or good looking text....

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And also, a lot of practice ;), wish I could do pixel sigs, but I don't have an "artistic" eye for things..

i use adobe photo shop 7 but im not good with it

Pixel sigs are made on ms paint....zoom in a bit...it takes hours and hours to do something good...
