May 1, 200620 yr easiest way to raise magic lvl to 55... i have little money, and i want to know the easiest and cheapest way to raise it. i have 44 magic now, i could mine the ess and rc (mining 60 and rc 31) as i want to raise my rcing... my mian concern is raising the magic tho... thanks in advance
May 1, 200620 yr I'm SURE this isn't the most efficient way of doing it, but I went from mid 40s to 55+ fairly quickly by mining mith and coal and superheating into mith bars. After I do one mining level, I go and smith the entire load.
May 1, 200620 yr Cheapest but slowest way is to mine ess, craft minds and airs and use fire staff - and fire strike your way to 55. Cheap but quicker is to buy runes for curse, wear loads of melee gear and cast fail curse on skels in varrock sewer.
May 1, 200620 yr Personally, I would (if you don't mind clicking) use crumble undead. The other easy way if you don't want HP xp, is to use telly to camelot. If you can't use that, then use firebolt. Of course I recomend making your own runes, for the xp. The best way is just stick to it, and don't stop for any reason. Whilst playing RS, just keep going. May 1, 200620 yr easiest way to raise magic lvl to 55... i have little money, and i want to know the easiest and cheapest way to raise it. The easiest way is to autocast the highest exp spell that you can. But that's gonna be expensive. A cheap way is to buy Body runes, Water runes, and an earth staff. Wear any full armor with green vambraces and do fail cursing. (Varrock sewers is good for that) Cheapest way is to make your own runes for Curse. Hope this helps.

May 2, 200620 yr Author unforunitally i am f2p so some of those will not help... i have one last question, what would be faster, fire strikes or curse fail thing if i have to mine and craft ALL runes?
May 2, 200620 yr ...what would be faster, fire strikes or curse fail thing if i have to mine and craft ALL runes? Well, Fire strike takes 1 Mind, 2 Air, and 3 Fire. It averages about 18 mage exp and about 5 HP exp per cast. Curse takes 1 Body, 2 Water, and 3 Earth. It always gives 29 mage exp and 0 HP exp per cast. The distance from a bank to each altar is, roughly: Short: Body Medium: Air, Earth, Fire Long: Mind, Water And the RC level to make 2x the runes is, IIRC, : Air = 11 Mind = 14 Water = 19 Earth = 26 Fire = 35 Body = 46 You really should spend the 1500 gp and buy an elemental staff from Zaff's staff shop in Varrock. I suggest buying a water staff, RCing Body and Earth runes, and then do failed Curses. Or, just time yourself when making 200 of each rune and use what works best for you. Hope this helps.
May 2, 200620 yr one thing I can add is your best best will prolly be failing cures on a higher level monster, the caged Lesser in Draynor would be my guess for that. And even if you do manage to hit it, then switch to mage stuff and fire strike him, LOL. You only get one chance to live your life....But, endless opportunities to screw it up.
