May 2, 200620 yr I think you'll have a hard time finding someone willing to try out what its worth, by let's say having 4 dragon weapons in their inventory and a fire cape, then killing them :twisted: My guess is that if the people in the video got them back easily all you have to do is go back to the guard that gave you the cape, cry your eyes out and get a new one, like with every other 'single' item in game. Haven't played RuneScape since 12 january 2007 and it feels great :)

May 2, 200620 yr If you die with your fire cape its on the ground for a few mins, just like god books and cooking gloves. So if you die at edgville low wildy, bank and get a glory, tele edg and pick it up. rs 2004-2007wow 2006-2008

Neither have I, which is why I made this post. The person in the vid protected only dharok plate, not the fire cape. He then proceeded to edgeville where he bought the stuff back off the guy, and fought the same guy again with another fire cape. I've watched the vid a few times, so I'm positive in what I saw. And I highly doubt he fought the guy, died, got back fire cape, and fought him again. The guy who he was fighting also died once, and returned with fire cape. May 2, 200620 yr try this, go in fight caves, drop something, leave, then go back in and see if its there. My friend said u can drop your firecape before you beat jad, then go in after u get another one and pick it up again. not sure if it works though.

You have just made me feel stupid :oops: You mentioning dropping the fire cape, made me realise he obviously ran back up to edgeville where he got pked, and picked it up off the ground :oops: Thanks everyone for your support here, it looks like it's been solved :oops: I'll be walking away with my tail between my legs. It'd probably be better and more faster if someone simply alched their fire cape...
