Infinitive Armour [advice]

hi,

i have a couple of questions i need to ask you.

the best mage armour is infinitiveif i'm not mistaken.

I was wondering if it's worth getting all the points in the mage training arena

to get the full armour (wand + armour) or just buy the whole set for 13 mil( could be higher or lower price).

If you count all the time you have to put into it and still buy all the runes needed even tho you get mage xp doing it

and if i got the armour would it be effective enough to stake with than let's say ahrims.

or would it be useless because ppl just armour off stake.

It would help me alot if you'd answer these questions

EDIT: i obliviously miscalculated i saw that ahrims was far better but if i wear ahrims armour and the master wand + boots and gloves would it be the best magic combo?

The best mage armour is Ahrims, but Infinity comes second. Ahrims is a lot better than Infinite - both in terms of mage bonus, and especially the fact that it gives a reasonable melee defence which Infinity doesn't.

To get it yourself will take a lot of time and patience, as well as cost a fair bit in runes (nothing like what it costs to just buy tho).

If you want to mage stake, Ahrims is much cheaper and more effective. Infinity is really only for people who want to look good and show the acheivement of either doing all the work for it, or being rich enough to buy it.

In a little hilltop village they gambled for my clothes

I bargained for salvation and they gave me a lethal dose

I offered up my innocence, I got repaid with scorn

"Come in'', she said, "I'll give you shelter from the storm"

Lamost. Replace the infinity gloves with the barrows/dark gloves from Recipe for Disaster (if you can get them), and that's the best combo.

The best possible mage combo is:

Any God Cape: +10 att - +10 def

Master Wand: +20 att - +20 def

Infinity Boot: +5 att - +5 def

Dark/barrow gloves: +6 att - +6 def

Mage Book: +15 att - +15 def

Ahrim's Hood: +6 att - +6 def

Ahrim's Robe Top: +30 att - +30 def

Ahrim's Robe Skirt: +22 att - +22 def

Seers Ring: +4 att - +4 def

Fury Ammy (Onyx): +10 att - +15 def

That gives a total of 128+ mage attack and 133+ mage defence.

Hoi Cedric 8)

I'd recommend you to get Ahrims the book and the boots, wand if you want, but if you want to stake autocasting with ancient staff might be handy too, and it gives +15 mage aswell so yea..

99 cooking / 99 magic / 99 ranged / 99 hitpoints / 99 herblore / 99 defence

Quoted for truth, wisest thing I've heard anyone say on Runescape.
