Members Str. Training Question

Ya is it worth it to train with a Verecs Flail or what else? I would like to have a suggestion on some of the newer wepons and how good they are at training it.

Personally, if something has a str training option, and that style of attack is decent, use whatever. I would assume that the faster you attack/deal damage, the faster you level, as you kill monsters faster.

i suggest a drag scimmy for str training. Speed of drag dag, power of drag longsword. it's pretty good and continuously cheaper than verac's flail. but hey, wahtever you want :D
