Mining addy is gonna be very slow even if you world hop. You could do both. Power mine the 3 iron rocks in Al Kharid and grab the 2 addy rocks when they respawn. You can also do that in the dwarven mines as well.

You can also do that in the dwarven mines as well. I like that idea, it works quite well as you can see the addy as you are powermining.
