May 7, 200620 yr 'Cause it's a Jpeg so it's lost a bit of quality. Once again, a little plain, try to add some variation other than Radial blurs... Experiment with different shapes and see how they vary when blurred. It's a good start though. Just carry on making new pictures and try and keep them to this thread so we don't have amazing amounts of threads.

May 7, 200620 yr :P Just carry on experimenting and see what comes out... Use different geometric shapes, rather than just rectangles, 'cause they all blend together and you can't see them too well.
May 7, 200620 yr You should use more than Radial Blur... Open the Gallery and test all those things and see what combo or solo effect is good, go testing... You will for sure get a good thing :D And the text needs some wok up, add a stroke, duplicate layers, change styles... ~komodo
