Hi all, I'm in the midway of creating my personal website and I've this few doubts which I couldn't make it seems right. Was wondering whether anyone out there are able to help me thou. Thanks in advance.

Basically I've google it and couldn't really find anything that are work-able. All I wanted to do something like this, look at the border:

I've tried layer mask and 'erasing' using different brushes and nothing really 'suits' what I wanted.

Any help will really be appreciated. Thanks. :)

Looks a little like a border with frosted glass effect applied?

Try that (On a new layer)

Try, when adding the border put it as dissolve ( photoshop )

Add me ingame: Lnterest. I am back.

Get a winter pic.

Paste it in a new layer

Get back to the original layer, usse the wand tool to select the border, Inverse selection,

Get beack to the winter pick

Delete the selected,

Set it to overlay :D

It might work good ^^

Er what I wanted is having those funky border on the picture, I've tried all styles but I still have the white bg behind after I saved the picture and view it.

Magic wand the area (inside) the border after applying it on a new layer and delete it (Just press Delete key on keyboard)...

Try?

So you want the border gone, and a smooth, black 1 px border, with only the wolf and some grass?

or you want the border that is shown, with a transparant background?

If it is one of these ones above, I can help you :)

The second one I think

It's border with a transparent background.

Actually, easier:

Magic wand the border and invert selection. Then Delete.
