(I think 30) Most coloured flowers aren't worth anything, and experienced players will give them to you for free or for 500gp to 1k (some people will charge more - it's your call as to what they are worth to you). Only black or white flowers are rare and thus valuable - they used to be worth 50k-100k but I don't know the current value. The other way to get flower seeds is to buy them in the Legends Guild store, which is only accessible after finishing the Legends Quest. Dunno if they are tradeable or not. Simply click on flower seeds to plant them (I like to plant them in banks), and the player gets an immediate choice to pick them or leave them (it's a final choice, you can't pick them later).
