Mining -> Making the "Top" dollar

What do you think brings in the most profit* in the least amount of time?

 

Steel bars?

 

Mithril Bars?

 

Any other types of metallic goods?

 

Please, I am 73 mining and I am searching for the best way to spend my time making money! :oops:

Not really sure but mining Coal shouldnt be too hard by now so you should do steel bars.

 

Or if you can mine Mith in a good amount of time you should do that because those bars go for about 1k+ ea?

Alot of people use the strategy of bringing along a fire staff and nats to the mining guild, then superheating to make mithril bars. Its an efficent way to get mith bars, which you can then sell for decent money.

Lummby swamp is also a good place to do the superheating thing, quieter than the mining guild although only 6 coal rocks. You can also mine powermine addy there while you wait for mith respawns.

 

 

 

With high enough agility (lummby fence squeeze so about 20?) you can use the culinromancers chest to bank quickly.

If you're just strictly looking at Mining, I always head out to the Lumbridge Swamps and mine the two Adamantite rocks out there. Once you've mined both, switch worlds and keep mining all the Adamantite ore you can. At level 73 mining (as I am, too), it really doesn't take as long as you'd think to mine it. Either make them into bars, or you could always just sell the Adamantite ore on the RuneScape forums or here for 500-1,000gp each.

 

 

 

If you're looking at money-making ways for Mining and Smithing combined, Steel bars would be the best way to go.
