Rebdragon
If you want to save cash and do something easy alch items. If you want to do something that costs a ton and requires concentration, but gets you 130exp per Nat, try the Alch arena (would also be good if you do the other arenas also. Personally I HATE the Alch arena, but its your choice). If you have 87 Mage, or are about to get it, Onyx enchant is by far the fastest and most cost efficient way of training High lvl Magic. 97 exp per spell, and all it costs is a Cosmic rune with a Lava Staff :D . Thats about 1.5gp per Magic Xp, an excellent deal for that kind of speed training. [if you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.] Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series. Rebdragon
well if you can fletch yew longs then alch tme, you make a killing  Do not ignore Opportunity costs. Though it appears he could be making a lot, he's actually alching something for 768gp where he could simply sell the nats and longs for a total of 900gp. Thats losing 132gp per alch, which makes the cost slightly more then 2gp per exp point. They reduced the exp gained from each spell by 25% in there. Doesn't stop it from being excellent training, tho  Check out this cool browser gladiator game! (uhoh, better hide my identity before they ban me *removes name from sig*). Btw, you used the wrong pronoun, use "this" instead of "you". I've never heard you say that to me. Maybe you say it on threads that I don't check back on :? .
