im trying to turn the into my avyy and sig but it keeps giving error mesages :( , can you tell me what to do?

Ah, well you avvy is to big, its like 20 kb and the max is 6 kb, and your sig is .png which is great for quality but tip.it doesn't allow it, so .gif is the next best thing, I went ahead and did it for ya, here:
