Did Jagex lock all tip.it acounts or did they lock only a few? The reasion why I am asking this is because I cant get into my acount and I couldnt use the automated recovery so now I need someone to look at my report (it is only 1am there right now so im happy) also my other acount that I did not regester for at tips did not get locked.

 

 

 

So did tips give jagex a master list of all the users to lock in the meantime is my question.

I think Jagex only locked the accounts that logged on using a largely different IP address than usual.

 

 

 

Say a person logged onto RuneScape last from ip-omg-numbers-here.abhsia.telus.com (Canada), then they login 2 hours later from 211-20-49-blahblah.vic.bigpond.net.au (Australia). Jagex will be alerted to that name more than any other, and lock it.

 

 

 

I have yet to have my account locked.

dude the same thing happend to me, my main got locked but my pure isnt, but i did change my pass caue i thought i woudl get hacked

My main got locked too, and how do you change your pass if it is locked? I really hope that all these accounts get un-locked soon...

So... for the page they show to recover your lost accounts... which option do you choose? None of them really fit.
