Items needed for monkey madness

Yes, this is yet another question about the infamous monkey madness quest...

 

 

 

Anyhow, i'm lvl 80, and I am going to do the monkey madness quest, but I need to know what items and a rough estimate of how many of those items I will need. I'm talking more specifically about food and potions. I plan not to fight the demon and let the gnomes do it (yes lame i know but if itll save me money on food and prayer pots ill do it, im not the richest guy on the block) Also leave prices of necessary items as well. Thank you for your aid in my quest, to beat the quest, monkey madness.

first all you need to deal the last damage on the demon, also i just hit and ran with 49 prayer and protect from magic on, drank 1 dose of prayer pot.

 

 

 

 

 

about 10-15 anti poisons would be good and 50 or so sharks at the most

Range the Demon, It'll be the easiest

Ranging is not an option for me, its one of my lowest skills..for some reason it's hard for me to train that skill, takes forever.

 

 

 

Also, instead of sharks can i use karambwan, they heal 18 and i can get them free. Or lobs...

 

 

 

but no on has answered my biggest concern, how many prayer potions roughly will I need. I need to know this so i can get the money for it, I know they're around 7k each.[/b]

depending on your prayer level, i would say 3 for the dungeon bit before you get the greegree, 2 more for dodging protecting against those damn monkey archers, and 2 more just in case. i'd say 10 4 doses.

 

 

 

Oh, sharks arent needed really for the quest itself, only needed against the demon. I found lobsters worked for me for majority of the quest.

 

 

 

AND NEVER EVER FORGET A teleport! Even when you are fighting the demon, because you dont want to get stuck on ape atoll in human form.
