Is there an effecient way to fish lobs and bank them as f2p?

Well, seeing as how the only F2P location for Lobsters is on Karamja Island (which is about as far away from a bank as possible on F2P), the most efficient method for obtaining Lobsters is buying them from the Karamja General Store raw, then cooking them there and bank them when you get back to the mainland. Now, if you want Fishing experience along the way, then your best bet is to bring an Air Staff to equip along with some Law and Water runes for teleporting back to Falador. Fish the lobsters and cook them there on a fire, then teleport back to Falador to bank them.

Darn, thats what I was afraid of. How inconvienent. Oh well f2p gotta do what f2p gotta do.

Theres also lobby spots in the wildy, they may even be closer to a bank like at edge, I dunno as I don't make a habit from fishing from them.

Tele to fally, bank and repeat.

Another approach is to tele to Lumbridge when you have a full load.

 

Walk to Al-kharid and cook them on the kebab store range as you walk to the bank.

 

Bank your lobbies, take 30 gp, and then walk to the Shantay pass SE of the bank.

 

Get Shantay to teleport you to the Port sarim jail and then catch the boat to Karamja.

 

 

 

Using the F2P Shantay teleport may be a little less walking than the Fally way.

Bandit camp fishing is for shrimps and anchovies. I heard theres a lob spot near the lava maze, but this might be a load of rubbish, and karamja would be better anyway.

 

 

 

Now for the BEST lobster fishing method.

 

 

 

Wield:air staff

 

Inventory:about 40 laws and 40 water runes, lob pot, 30gp

 

Take the boat to Karamja. Uses 30gp so you should have 25 free spots.

 

Fish 25 raw lobs. Tele to falador. On the way to the east bank you pass a house with a range. Use it! Range burns less than fire. Bank in fally east, deposit lobs, withdraw 30gp. Repeat! 40 trips for 1k lobs.

 

 

 

This is suitable if your cooking lvl means you burn few or no lobs, or if you don't mind banking less than a full load cos of burning. Also means you never have to wait for a fire on karamja, and can laugh at the people saying "fire plz".

 

 

 

This is the best method I found, coming from a lvl 78 F2P fisher. :D

Since Blood runes don't spawn in the F2P wildy,

 

can you give us better directions to this spot?

I thought the only blood rune spawns were in the poison woods and up by the greater demons near the p2p wildy. Both of these are on the east side of the wildy in multi combat areas. Also anywhere this high up (35-50) is probably further from a bank than karamja anyway.

You could also consider using the "Teleport to Lumby and return by Shantay teleport" method.

 

 

 

It might save you some walking.
