How do i make coal into certs?

I was wondering if anyone knew how to make coal into certs..? :?:

Certs were taken out in RS2 as you can just make any unstackable item into notes.

 

 

 

In RSC, you go to Miles, Giles, or Niles in Draynor to get your items certed. Only certain bars, ores, and fish may be certed though.

If you play Runescape by clicking the big "Play Runescape (existing user)" button near the top of the main page, to the right of the "Create a new account" button, you are playing RS2.

ohh, well thats ashame...is there any way i can play rs1?

If you aren't a member, no, there is no way to play that version of Runescape anymore.

rsc (or rs1) can only be played if your a member. there's a link to play it in th bottom left of the page and I think you might have misunderstood one of the posts so I'll state it with ore detail. any non-stacable item can be noted (notes are stackable as apposed to most items). when veiwing your bank contents just switch the withdraw mode to "note" instead of "item" (bottom right hand corner).

Notes do three things: make the items conveniently stack in ONE slot of your pack, make it easy to trade many items to another person (you can trade 100,000 of an item all at once if you want), and make carrying something around take up no weight (a piece of paper representing armor does not weigh as much as the armor.)

RSC is unavailable to you unless you played it before, and have membership. You are playing RS2.

 

 

 

So, certs do not exist anymore. You can note items, by going to your bank screen, theres a bit at the bottom where you choose to withdraw as "item" or "note". Select note and get your stuff out. Doesn't work for stackable items like gp, runes, and feathers, but most things can be noted. Noted items are not usuable, except for trading. You can unnote buy putting in the bank. Noted items are worth exactly the same as normal items. Examining a noted item says: Exchange this at a bank for iron ore/ rune platebody/ whatever it is.

noted items aren't quite unusable you can high alc them, low alc them, trade them, or sell them to stores I belive
