I hate it when people ask for help but don't say what program they're using...

 

 

 

If PS then just click the black arrow tool thing, and you'll get a box, just drag the tabs and when done change to another tool and select "Apply changes" if you're happy with it.

It's easy enough to do in ps but in CS2...

 

 

 

PS = Photoshop (In general) Therefore = CS2.

 

 

 

I use CS2. Do what I said.

Paste render

 

 

 

Black arrow tool thingy -> Box with little tabs around it and a crosshair + Circle in the centre.

 

 

 

Drag tabs inwards -> Smaller

In ps cs2 press control T and then hold the shift key while dragging in on one of the corners for a nice un warped render.

image > image size. then change the drop down box to pixels and make sure that constrain preportions is set, then ajust the number of pixels across or up to suit ure needs

I do edit>transform>scale, then up top type in the same percent change for width AND height.
