helm advice really quick please

i just finished The Fremennik Trials (omg took sooo long) now i need some help. what helmet is it that everyone has and uses. im a warrior, i use mage and range much less then streignth combat. what helm is best for me

I'd say Beserker, as it can be used with any melee weapon, whilst warrior is only useful with slashing weapons. Also for it's price I'd always go fremmy helm>d med, as the med costs more, as only a few extra defensive points, and has no combat bonuses. Plus, vikings are the coolest. :)

If you want a Melee helmet, the Berserker Helm is the way to go as it has a +3 str bonus which might increase your max hit..

 

Another possibility would be the Warrior Helm, but as mentioned before it only gives Slash attack bonus, so it's not suitable for every weapon.

buy the way is it better in deffencive bonuses then the rune large?

its stronger in some and weaker in others, i cant remember which ones though. Overall they are similar
