i no this is a newb question but... what exactly does "The Fire Cape" do ?

It has the best stat bonuses out of all the capes, and it is the only animated cape. However, I believe the animation only works on member worlds.

Stats are +11 to all defence stats, +1 to all attack stats, +4 to strenght bonus and +2 to prayer I believe.

 

Plus it looks uber hawt 8-)
