May 29, 200620 yr Well, as you've probably guessed it depends on the skill. But I think if you were to get all your non-combat skills to around 50 you'd make the high-scores. With combat skills, however, you'd probably need to get it to about 60 since those skills are most commonly used. This is just a guess, by the way. I'm not sure exactly. Combat LvL: 98Status: F2P

May 29, 200620 yr go to each individual skill and search for the 1,000,000th ranked player, and look at their exp, if you go past that, then you will be ranked (most likely). The criteria for ranking, according to Jagex is the skill must be 30 or higher and must be in the top million.
