I have a Microsoft wirless keyboard, and it wont take screen shots. Does anybody of anything i can do?

Describe your problem in more detail. What happens when you press the print screen button? If the answer is "nothing" well that's what's supposed to happen ;)

Try pressing alt+printscreen and see if that takes a capture of the current window. If it does, and just printscreen on its own doesn't work then its a problem that I've had and I want a solution to as well.

I had the same exact problem, look for the F Lock key near Pause/Break and make sure its off. When its off, you can take screenies. Stupid yes, i know.

I believe only newer microsoft keyboards have them. Not sure if any other keyboard manufacturers use it.

My guess would be flock but since that has been disregarded then I would assume that windows has something binded to the printscreen key that is stopping the shell command from executing.

 

 

 

Basically, it's a pc... Get a mac.

Microsoft are one of the last people to use this idea.

 

 

 

It is on almost every laptop, a ton of logitech keyboards and many other places... Definately not a new concept.
