June 2, 200620 yr http://newegg.com Make sure you know which type of ram you have before you buy. Given that it's only 256 I would bet it's either SD or DDR. :D (would only be SD if the machine was >2 years old from manufacturing date). If it is SD you're going to find it hard as nothing over 256meg is made any more... Another 256meg chip may be all you want though?
