60strength

80defence

75hitpoints (will get 76before 80attack)

this is for NO armour dueling

i know for armour on attack and defence matter but i do not know anything about armour off which it seems high levels do (90+)

what should i do get strength up?????to 80+

or carry on training as i am (strength 20levels below attack and defence)

which would be BETTER for NO armour dueling??? (maybe boxing as well)

Basically, with no armor dueling, it becomes more about your attack and strength lvl and your hp. Stop raising def and go for obscenely high str and atk. At least get that 85+ str the other guy told ya. Good hp means your odds of killing them before they kill you increase. Especially if you no armor duel with weapons, your def becomes less of a factor. I can get owned by a lucky string of dds specials in a no armor duel by pures. In fact, I have been owned by a good string of dds specials.

Id say that with your stats now,

Id go with armour on staking more than armour off.

Also can you post your prayer mage and range levels please?

they are all contributing factors to staking
