lowest level with fire cape

i remember seeing a topic on this forum about a level 40-50 or something charecter with a fire cape. can anybody show me the picture of this charecter please because somebody in the clan im in doesn't beleive me that i've seen a person with a fire cape below level 60

Why would you need these stats? To wear it or to defeat the monsters?

there been people that made to fire cape without guthans.

 

i think lowest one is lvl 64 or smth. it's posible to get cape with insane amount of blood spells (acient magics) and very high range. also protection prayers are must

blood burst isntead of guthans and he is right either need that or high range and high mage

yes that thread showed a lvl 66 with a fire cape. amazing though.
