What would I make with....

And I usually play Runescape for 4 hours a day.

 

Could you please tell me how much I could make and how please?

 

(the 3.5k is only because of the rune pickaxe)

use dwarven stouts to get into mining guild and mine coal or mith in there and sell.... or make bars outta them, and sell mith bars about 1k each

Heigh-[garden tool], Heigh-[garden tool], its off to work you go. Mining is the only real money making option open to you. Do as Stealther said, but I wouldn't bother with the mith. There's a lot of competition for the 5 ores and you'll mine 5 coal (sell for 200 each if you have a large number, say 500+) faster than you can make a mith bar.
