The runescape character needs some more stuff around him, because they are low resolution and don't look very good when cut out like that.

Also like Cam said, put something around the rs guy, maybe a White (or green) outer glow?

putting an rs char into a sig generally makes them look poor quality, though i think u got round it bro :D
