What do you think is the minimum COMBAT requirement to do the Monkey Madness quest?

I did it at 70.

 

 

 

43 prayer and 60 range/35 magic is all you really need.

 

(A good hp level would be good if you mess up with prayer)

 

 

 

So it's hard to suggest a cb level

if I train my prayer to 43, Do you think I can make it?

can do, just watch your prayer nothing can hit you except poison. go to a more busy server would help a bit (ie: more dharoks to kill off the monkey guard to reach the trap door)

i gues you don't really need annything except 40+ hp.it's going to be hard then, but it's not called madness for nothing :wink: .

43 prayer and a decent hp is really all you need.

 

 

 

 

 

BTW, cannon owns the demon. Mage pray, stand back, and let the cannon do the work. :D

I did it with a friend on a level 50 account, with 37 prayer and 25 ranged.

 

 

 

So it all depends on how much time you're willing to spend on it. It took us a few hours, and we died about a dozen times.

 

 

 

But we finished it, and only spending about 10k (so without a cannon).

 

 

 

Without melee protect, you need to buy about 10 energy potions, so while you're in the dungeon you're always running. The dungeon took me about 20 cakes and 15 doses of energy potion each time.

 

 

 

The temple is also hard, but can be done with swordfish (and up) and no prayer.

 

 

 

At the demon, just run and hide on the ledges and let the gnomes get it almost rebarred. The gnomes will NOT kill it, because at about 3 hp it'll heal again. Once its almost dead, run out, stand on the bridge, and range (or hally) it with mage protect on.

 

 

 

So if we could do it at 51 combat, 37 prayer, 25 ranged, and only about 10K, you can definitely do it.

it is wrong but not COMPLETELY wrong

 

43 prayer is for passing the lv169 monkey guards in the temple area

 

40 prayer is for passing the monkey archers around the area

 

it is all muti combat, so it is best to got it...
