If both were untradeable I would go for a scythe. Normally I would go for a phat, but I would sell it right away to work on herblore, magic and fletching :thumbsup: then buy a cheaper one.

Anyone can get pouches. You have to kill those nasty monsters in the abyss for them though. Can be a bit hard if you are lower than 60 def, because it is so many of them.
