June 8, 200620 yr There's this program called SpywareQuake on my computer (don't ask me how it got there - I DON'T KNOW) and I was given this site that told me exactly how to get rid of it manually. The problem is, there's this one .dll file that it won't let me unregister - it says access denied. If any of you techies out there can help me, it would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you in advance

June 8, 200620 yr To start up in safe mode, rapidly hit F8 untill a menu with a bunch of options comes up, then select "Start in Safe Mode." Im not quite sure how to do what your after, so try what Mercifull said.
