zerosouls Posted June 8, 2006 Share Posted June 8, 2006 Well i think i have 2 days left on my membership so i guess i'll take a long break from RS during the summer because i'm heading to Edmonton to enjoy myself and work for some cash. So many things i've always wanted to buy like a laptop, 360, ds etc so this should be really fun plus i get to watch i think 3 or 4 Esks games (GO ESKS!!) and i think were going to Calgary for a bit on one of the weekends and going to Jasper which should be cool. Anyways it feels kinda weird just not playing RS since i had the habit of just logging on for a couple hours a day but now i have really nothing to do for those couple hours so i guess i could make graphics or finish Zelda: Windwaker. Start with Metroid Prime Hunters and Mario Kart DS. Want something a bit more challenging? Ever want to make your own game, but find programming languages like C++ or Java too complex? Try downloading Game Maker 6 here. GM simplifies the easier commands into draggible "buttons", so making simple games becomes easy. When you are ready to move to a more complex game, GM has a built in programming language, which has nearly no limits to the games it can create. The site itself contains many tutorials for getting started and making beginner versions of different kinds of games, from pacman style to platformer to shooter. Don't be fooled with the name, though, making games with this program isn't as simple as it sounds. So I just read instead :) Or go outdoors :shock: Please think before you ask a question.
