I've actually been wondering this for the past two days now. It seems (Well, at least for me anyway) that the billing system is broken.

 

 

 

First of all, it refuses to take the payment from my credit card, even though there is more than enough credit to make a measly $5 payment. Second of all, I've noticed that the "Add more credit/Cancel subscription" links are broken (That is, everytime I click on them, I get the "Page cannot be displayed" error).

 

 

 

It's nothing real major, as I've already sent Jagex a query regarding it. But I was wondering if the same thing is happening to anyone else or am I just having an extreme run of bad luck.

same thing happened to me except with pay by phone after i type in pin number it comes up wiht payment error but when i log in it actually worked

now that i think about it, its not taking extra payment from me - usually within my last 3-5 days it adds on another month, but nope, not this time

A few days ago they said one of the payment options was down, maybe they had to remove all options to make this update/maintenance work, I wouldn't worry too much, unless it isn't fixed in the next week or so.

Yeah... It won't take payments from my credit card, either. I tried cancelling it and using different cards, but it rejects all of them. Weird :?

im on my last day of members but it should of automatically taken the payment by now and so far no luck and gonna have to bank all my stuff im also gonna find out wot happens when u lose members when in a member area.

Yea,they announced they had to disable some for about 2 hours a few days back, should be fixed :)

My friend sent in two weeks ago, Not members yet.
