hey i was wondering if anyone can help me get to keldagrim the dwarf city... i know you can use the mine carts, but only after you visit the city.. can anyone help me get to it?

You MUST go to the boat in the mountain troll cave east of Rellekka (Not slayer) and go to first sub-cave you find.

 

 

 

Speak to the Dwarf Boatsman and no matter what you do he WILL crash the status (same way as all newbies will burn their first shrimps no matter what you do)

 

 

 

And they will blame YOU for the accident and won't believe you're innocent.

And by doing what Blaziken just said, you have begun the quest "The Giant Dwarf"
