June 10, 200620 yr Thought of this while I was whacking noobs with my rubber chicken :) Based on the USMC Creed "This Is My Rifle." This is my chicken. There are many like it, but this one is mine. My chicken is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life. My chicken without me is useless. Without my chicken, I am useless. I must whack with my chicken true. I must whack harder than my enemy who is trying to whack me. I must whack him before he whacks me. I will... My chicken and myself know that what counts is not the amount of whacks we make, the noise of our blows, nor the bruises we create. We know it is the hits that count. We will hit... My chicken is human, even as I, because it is my life. Thus, I will learn it as a brother. I will learn its weaknesses, its strengths, its feet, its legs, its wings, and its beak. I will ever guard it against the ravages of weather and rubber-corroding acids. I will keep my chicken clean and ready, even as I am clean and ready. We will become part of each other. We will...
