June 10, 200620 yr I trained on Dark Wizards from 30ish to 55, then I went and fought Mossies (Varrock Sewers) until 70. I tried Lessers for a bit, but I just couldn't get the hang of it. Some people say they are good to train on, so you could try that as well after you get to 60 range. Goals: 80/80 Range, 75/90 Strength, 77/85 Attack, 64/76 Fishing and crafting 31k natures (o.O)

June 10, 200620 yr Fortress guards outside the black knight's fortress. Standing on the ice mountain, near where the Oracle NPC is for dragon slayer. Pros: Very fast XP, as there is never anyone there; respawn rate is really quick; they cant attack back. Cons: Can't pick up arrows. If I were you then I'd use bronze (20ea) or iron (25ea).
