The Mort Myre Branch, simply said, is something that you can fill your druid pouch to repell the efects of the Swamp Effect. 2. What exactly is the Swamp effect? pokemama Posted June 14, 2006 Share Posted June 14, 2006 The second function of the Druid pouch items is that it makes attacking Ghasts solid so that you can fight them back. Since killing a ghast gives 30 prayer xp each, some people find that good training. If fighting ghasts, remember you can recharge your prayer in the Nature Spirit grotto (gives a +2 prayer bonus also.) it's a lot easier to get over yourself when you look at intelligence the same way you look at beauty, or height, or eye color: being smart is easy, but being good is hard ... being smart is handed to you, being good is handed to *nobody*.
