Guest r3dh3adkid
you going to do video editing, or 3d rendering or anything like that? and why buy a monitor with built in speakers when your buying speakers....
Diminished2b
Uhh, since when do you have to be a gamer to get an AMD. Last time I checked AMD beat most Intels in everything but media encoding. Intel has 65nm processes on some of their newer processors but put into account their redundant socket, and AMD Socket AM2 Rev. coming out in November. Go with Socket AM2, IMO. deloriagod
Looks pretty nice... Just wondering.. Are you planning on building it yourself or buying it all put together? My friend is getting a new computer and he plans on building it so it will only cost him $1700 instead of $3000. Ard_Choille
* Do you already have cables? I didn't see any on your list. * I'd use four case fans, but my AMD runs hotter. * Also, I might hold off on buying the OS. I just reuse my Win2k OS on new builds. I figure at this point, I'll wait to see what the Vista version is like before I drop any coin on XP. Until then, I'm happy with Win2k. Have fun! - - My deviantART Page - -

Have fun! no thanks on 1st gen MS OS's :P theres going to be 5 total fans theres 2 that come with the case itself. Cables = yes, and even if i need them i can go to the nearest Radioshack or something.
